CONSTITUTION: Wadding 82 is drawn out from a through hole 42 bored through the lower end face of a nipple 40. A winding yarn guide 50 is installed on the lower outer peripheral face of the nipple 40, winding yarn 83 is passed through a guide hole 57 adjoining the through hole 42 of the nipple 40 and coiled on the wadding 82.
