Title:
EMC FILTER FOR MULTIWIRE BALANCED COMMUNICATION WIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3003067
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce conduction loss by a method wherein the title EMC filter is constituted in such a manner that the wires to be paired are adjacently positioned with each other and they are wound on a closed magnetic circuit core so that magnetic flux is allowed to flow in the same direction in the closed magnetic circuit when a current is permitted to flop in the same direction.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of wires 11 are adjacently arranged with each other, and the wires to be paired are arranged in parallel and adhered closely. These wires 11 are wound in such a manner that magnetic flux can be allowed to flow in a core arm 19a when a common mode current is caused to flow around the core arm 10a. Half the number of the paired wire 11 is wound on one of the core arm 10a, and the remaining half of the number of the paired wires 11 is wound on the other core arm 10a. The paired wires 11 make progress from the signal input ends T1, T2,..., T1, Tj,..., Tm, Tn of one end of the core arm 10a toward the signal output ends T1', T2',..., T1, Tj,..., Tm' and Tn' of other end of the core arm 10a without returning to one direction. As a result, no leakeel magnetic flux is generated.
