Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency alarm system capable of issuing an emergency alarm in a wide range at a low cost.SOLUTION: A vehicle has reception means for receiving an emergency signal transmitted from a master device and alarm means for outputting an emergency alarm from an outbound output device on the basis of the received emergency signal when the vehicle has the output device. The vehicle also has inter-vehicle communication means for communicating with neighboring vehicles. It is desirable that the alarm means performs cooperative processing with the neighboring vehicles by communication via the inter-vehicle communication means and determines an output timing of the emergency alarm from the output device. The vehicle may be an electric vehicle and the output device may be a speaker used for outputting a pseudo engine sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
