CONSTITUTION: At a house information panel 2 of each house, a burglar switch SC is provided on a door, where people comes in or goes out, such as the toilet or the door of each house through a house control panel 3, and a two wire type presence/absence remote control switch 4 installed corresponding to each house is connected to the house control panel 3 so as to announce the abnormality on the side of an alarm monitor panel 1 when the burglar switch SC continues an inactive state for prescribed time.
