To break a window glass with a hammer head for escape, and to cut a seat belt with a cutter for escape by fitting the hammer head and seat belt cutter to a part of a light main body, in which a light emitting body is flashed by turning a switch on.

A barrel part 1a of a main body is formed of a transparent material, and a light emitting body(LED) 2 is fitted inside thereof, and a lighting lamp 3 is fitted to a tip thereof. The light emitting body 2 is flashed by a switch 5a, and the lighting lamp 3 is lighted by a switch 5. A hammer head 6 is fitted to a rear end of the main body 1, and an iron hammer part 7, of which tip is tapered in the lateral direction, is formed. A cutter 8 is fitted to the hammer head 6, and a seat belt is inserted into a groove 10 so as to be cut. Furthermore, when a water sensor 12 is sunken in the water and operated, the light emitting body 2 is automatically flashed. With this structure, a fall position is immediately ascertained, and an occupant can escape from inside of an automobile for safety by breaking the window glass and cutting the seat belt.
