To set up an emergency slide pertinently by attaching an inflatable stabilizing tubular member to a tip part of this emergency slide, connecting both first and second chambers of this stabilizing tubular member together via an orifice equipped with a cord member connecting the opposite terminal, and then pressurizing these chambers.
An emergency slide 10 is formed into a multiple-tube structure so as to make two inflatable tubes 20 and 21 parallel with each other. The tube 20 is an upper inflatable member, while the tube 21 is a lower inflatable member. A first chamber 27 of a reinforcing hanger tubular assembly 26 has an end adjacent to aircraft, having an end wall common with a second chamber 28. This second section 28 has a larger surface areal end wall than that of the first section. The end wall works as a piston to each section, and these sections are connected to each other via an orifice. With this constitution, stabilization at the time of arranging the emergency slide can be improved.
