To improve the administration of emergency supplies to be required at the time of earthquake by locking the whole of plural locker devices for storing the emergency supplies to be required at the time of earthquake, and separately locking each locker device, and releasing the separate locking means of the locker device when the predetermined earthquake intensity or more is detected by an earthquake detecting means and a whole locking means is released.

Data communication between plural locker devices 1, a locker control device 2 and an administration device 3 is performed through a communication line L. A box 12 for housing emergency goods to be required at the time of earthquake is provided inside of the locker device 1. A locker door 13 is fitted to a top surface of the locker device 1, and a control device 14 and an electric lock 15 are fitted to a back surface of the locker door 13. The electric lock 15 is formed into a double lock means working as a whole lock means for locking the whole of the locker devices 1 and as a separate lock means for separately locking each locker device.
