Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that general vehicles during travel in front and in the vicinity sometimes cannot be promptly and correctly notified of an approach of an emergency vehicle by attention-calling by a siren sound, a loud speaker, and a flickering of a red lamp only as heretofore, and also that the drivers of the general vehicles are sometimes unable to confirm the emergency vehicle during travel in rear and in the vicinity by detection only with attention-calling by the siren sound and loud speaker of the emergency vehicle, or only confirmation with a side mirror and a back mirror.SOLUTION: Since both an emergency vehicle and general vehicles are enabled to quickly and correctly notify and grasp a travel direction and an arrival direction of the emergency vehicle, a siren sound emitted from the emergency vehicle and a sound signal such as a voice through a loud speaker are converted into an optical wave having directivity or an electromagnetic wave or both of them and transmitted. The drivers of the general vehicles can receive the optical wave having directivity or the electromagnetic wave and are correctly notified of an approach of the emergency vehicle more quickly and from a longer distance than before.
