Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent interference of a feeder with a press by a very simple configuration when an abnormality occurs in a servo control system to control linear motors.
SOLUTION: A feeder is evacuated from an interference range to a non-interference range by blocking the transmission of driving forces from each drive system to linear motors 24A and 24B to set the linear motors to be in a free state if the feeder is in the interference range of a press with the feeder when an abnormality occurs in a servo control system to control the linear motors 24A and 24B, and invalidating the operation of brakes of the linear motors 24A and 24B.
