At first, a low-viscous reactive resin material R that can be assimilated with conduit materials by an intermolecular bond is filled into a conduit 1. At a prescribed time after the above reactive resin material R contacts with the inner face of the conduit 1 to react, any excess portion out of the reactive resin material R that does not contact with the inner face of the conduit 1 is discharged outside of the conduit 1.
