Abstract:
To provide a solution with an EMI shielding for a portable electronic product, especially for a portable telephone and a wireless telephone, which is efficient and cost-effective.
A fiber mesh net is insert-molded into the internal space of a cover structure for a portable electronic device, such as a portable telephone and a wireless telephone, for EMI shielding. The fiber mesh net is bonded to one surface of a polymer sheet at all times, while an electronic circuit is supported with the other surface, forming a laminate. The laminate is insert- molded into the cover structure, so that an electronic circuit function is extended for accessing from the electronic device cover through a selected fiber of the fiber mesh net.
