PURPOSE: To simply use a buoy at a low cost as a buoy lamp, by providing a solar cell, connected to a battery charger of a light source mounting body through an electric cord, mounted in an existing fishing identification buoy, oceanic equipment identification buoy, oceanic construction work site identification buoy, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A buoy lamp use emitting device 1 is constituted of a light source mounting body 2, solar cell 3 and an electric cord 4. One end of the electric cord 4 is connected to a battery charger 7, and the other end of the electric cord 4 is connected to the solar cell 3. This solar cell 3 is formed by laminating a substrate comprising a transparent protective film 3a, resin, solar cell part and a stainless steel, aluminum and glass fiber reinforced resin or the like. A buoy A is formed of a buoy main unit (a) and a beacon bar (b), to secure the light source mounting body 2 to an upper part of the beacon bar (b) by an adhesive tape B or the like, also to mount a supporter 12, mounting the solar cell 3, on an upper part of the buoy main unit (a). Here is set up the solar cell 3 so that its light receiving surface 3a faces a direction of the sun.
