PURPOSE: To facilitate the take-out of recovered empty magazines by a method wherein the empty magazines are made to fall in a recovery box by their tare weights to inhibit the impact of the empty magazines and the deformation of the magazines and damage to the magazines are prevented from being generated.
CONSTITUTION: Collision members 27 and 28 consisting of an elastic member are mounted on the falling path of magazines in a recovery box 20 and a magazine receiving part 29 consisting of an elastic member is provided at a site, where the magazines fall after being made contact with the lower member 28. When the magazines M are falled, the falling speed of the magazines M is slowed down by the members 27 and 28 and the magazines M are falled in the receiving part 29. As a result, damage to the magazines and the deformation of the magazines are not generated and the generation of noise can be prevented. The fallen magazines are immediately transferred by a transfer belt 31 provided at the forward position of the receiving part 29 and a collision of the fellow magazines with each other is not also caused at the time of falling of the magazines. The magazines are housed in a magazine housing part 37, which is curved from the slant direction of the belt 31 in such a way as to rise in parallel to a front sidewall 20b of the box 20 from the sidewall 20b, in such a way that they are piled up in a state that the directions of the magazines are made uniform.
