Abstract:
To provide an emulsifier for preparing an emulsifying composition excellent in stability.
The emulsifier is a graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (a) a vinyl monomer having an organopolysiloxane side chain, (b) a vinyl monomer having a polyalkyleneoxide side chain and (c) a water soluble vinyl monomer.
