To provide an emulsifier capable of continuously regulating the particle size of emulsion or suspension and a method for manufacturing silicone oil emulsion, moreover to provide a method for manufacturing crosslinked silicone particle suspension.
The emulsifier has a stator generating an emulsifying function by the shearing force of a rotor and a device for modulating the frequency of the input current of a motor in order to change the number of rotation of the rotor. In the method for manufacturing the silicone oil emulsion by emulsifying silicone oil, an emulsifying agent and water by the emulsifier, the particle size of the emulsion is regulated by changing the number of rotation of the rotor, and in the method for manufacturing the suspension of the crosslinked silicone particle by emulsifying and crosslinking a liq. crosslinkable silicone composition, the particle size o the suspension is regulated by changing the number of rotation of the rotor.
