PURPOSE: To provide an emulsion burner device which is constituted to prevent the occurrence of a crack owing to the thermal impact of a burner tip, improve safety, and provide an increased life for a device.

CONSTITUTION: An emulsion burner device comprises an emulsion burner 1, an emulsion piping 3 and a spray steam pipping 9 both coupled thereto, and a water piping 7 coupled to the emulsion piping 3 and feeding cooling water cooling water or purge water B through the emulsion piping 3 to the emulsion burner 1. In the emulsion burner device, the water piping 7 and the spray steam piping 9 are intercoupled through a steam piping 19. A water temperature regulating valve 11 is arranged in the steam piping 19 and a water temperature regulating device 13 is provided for adjusting the temperature of the cooling water or the purge water B through control of the opening of the water temperature regulating valve 11.
