PURPOSE: W/O emulsion fuel of heavy oil resulting in the reduced amount of nitrogen oxides smoke and soot in emission from the burner as welllas increased combustion efficiency, which is obtained by emilsibying uniformly water in heavy oil by use of an emulsifier of specific structure.
