Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure change upon supplying produced emulsion fuel into an emulsion fuel combustion device and improve energy efficiency.
SOLUTION: A rotating member 150 rotates a rotary body 138 so as to keep a passage 154 having a predetermined thickness with respect to a fixed body 136. When water, kerosene, interface activating agent and air are supplied to the lower part of the passage 154 through pipes 108, 112, these matters are mixed by the rotation of the rotary body 138 and are changed into mixed liquid, then, the mixed liquid is elevated through the passage 154. When the mixed liquid arrives at the position of the cylindrical part 142 of the rotary body 138, the mixed liquid is mixed by a plurality of pins 148 provided on the cylindrical part 142 whereby emulsion fuel is manufactured. The emulsion fuel is provided with a big kinetic energy by the rotation while the emulsion fuel is supplied into an emulsion fuel combustion device by the kinetic energy through a pipe 126.
