To provide an emulsion fuel supply device and an emulsion fuel combustor, downsizing the whole device, easily applicable to an existing facility, and having simple structure.
This emulsion fuel supply device has: a confluent pipe 19 branched from an existing fuel oil pipe K for feeding an fuel oil to the combustor and for mixing water and the fuel oil; a stirring means 4 connected to the confluent pipe 19 and for stirring a mixture solution of the water and the fuel oil to be emulsified; a fuel pipe 34 connected to the stirring means 4 and for feeding a fuel emulsion to a combustiotn part B; and an a separator 1 connected to the fuel pipe 34 and interposed between the stirring means 4 and the combustion part B. The separator 1 is provided with a fuel emulsion inflow port 36, and a fuel emulsion outflow port 37, and the inflow port 36 of the separator 1 is positioned in a lower side of the outflow port 37 along a vertical direction.
