To provide an enclosed sealing system where no defective paper discharge is caused even when an envelope paper is folded so as to allow additional sealing.
The enclosed sealing system has an envelope forming part 85 to form an envelope by folding an envelope paper with content put thereon. In addition, the enclosed sealing system has a compressed paste coating unit 88 which coats a pair of compressed pastes which are overlapped and pressed to be adhered to an envelop paper external folding section and an envelope paper overlapping section on which the envelop paper external folding section is overlapped. Further, the enclosed sealing system has an enclosed sealing controller 119 for change-over between a seal-folding position at which the external folding paper section is folded so that the compressed paste is overlapped on a butting member driving unit 86e of the envelope forming part 85 and a non-seal folding position at which the external folding paper section is folded so that the compressed paste is not overlapped. Furthermore, the enclosed sealing system has a storage part capable of storing a discharged sealed envelope and a non-sealed envelope.
