Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of a device and reduction of cost by completing a step of enclosing an article in an envelope, a step of peeling a tape of an envelope flap part, and a step of folding and sealing a flap in one position.SOLUTION: An enclosing and sealing device for a film envelope comprises: a support plate 10 for supporting an inner face of a flap part 2 of an envelope 1 placed in generally horizontal from below; a conveyance path disposed on a lower side of the support plate for conveying an article toward an entrance of the envelope; and a slider 20 which reciprocates along the conveyance path. The slider comprises: a pusher part 15 for enclosing the article in the envelope when the slider moves forward; and a claw part for peeling and removing a tape on the inner face of the flap part when the slider moves backward and a suction port 18 opening in an elongated shape, which are provided on a back face of the pusher part. After completing the enclosure, the support plate is retreated from the flap part inner face, and the tape is peeled and removed by moving the slider backward. Then, the envelope entrance is lifted up slightly, and the flap part is sealed by relatively crossing either one or both toward a top face side of the support plate.
