PURPOSE: To make it possible to reduce the time for evaporation and separation with good energy efficiency without increasing the danger of dust pollution by forming the laminar flow of an air jet over the entire surface of a panel and enforcing the drying in such a manner that the air containing vapor proximate to the surface is replaced with fresh air.
CONSTITUTION: The air jet from an air supply section 7 held at a predetermined distance from the panel subjected to paneling like that of a vehicle 2 is directed toward the one side edge portion of the panel of that the air jet is made narrower than the length of the panel side edge when the air jet arrives at the side edge portion of the panel. The air jet is inclined to the plane of the panel in such a manner that the air from the air jet rides over the one edge portion of the panel and is guided along the panel by forming the expanded laminar flow traversing the panel surface from one side edge of the panel to all the side edges. As a result, the laminar flow is formed over the entire surface and the air including the vapor extremely proximate to the surface is replaced with the fresh air, by which the drying is enforced.
