Abstract:
To provide an encoding device and decoding device which can reproduce a voice signal even if all codes are not obtained.
A vocal tract coefficient quantizer 202 obtains a quantization synthesis filter coefficient aq(i) from quantization prediction result (w) separated from a total code by a multiplex separating circuit 201. In a decoding system y1 of a first stage, a prediction voice is obtained based on a filter coefficient aq(i), in a decoding system y2,..., yn, after a second stage, a prediction voice of the filter coefficient aq(i) is obtained based on each parameter J2, L2,..., JN, LN. Prediction voices of each stage are synthesized by switches 204, 213,... and adders 203, 212,... and outputted.
