In an encrypted type locking device for an aluminum door or a window, in which a latch 2 is pivotally provided on a turning part 11 of a base 1, a set of dial locks 3 are attached to a recessed groove 21 of the latch 2. The dial lock 3 is composed of a male lock case 31, a female lock case 32, a lock core 33, positioning rings 34 and a push block 35. A crossbar 331 of the lock core 33 is installed in the groove 351 of the push block 35. The positioning rings 34 are provided in the state of hooding the lock core 33, so as to be located between a catch ring 332 and a recessed edge 333, and a receiving seat 21 for being locked to the case 31 is provided at the recessed groove 333 of the lock core 33. When the cases 31 and 32 are locked together, the receiving seat 21, an upper plate 322 and a recessed groove (a) (Fig.) on one side of an interval plate 323 correspond to protrusive blocks 341 on the side surfaces of the positioning rings 34. Additionally, a numeric dial (c), which is provided on an outer ring of the positioning ring 34, is operated in a hollow section 324 which is formed by being enclosed with the receiving seat 21, the upper plate 322 and the interval plate 323.
