PURPOSE: To easily attain a change of setting the number of ending times by forming a device so that it can be easily applied to an existing equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A device is characterized by providing a memory cam 16 for stopping a rewinding unit 1 in a predetermined number of times by mechanically counting a number of misending times, solenoid 17 for releasing or continuing the memory cam 16 in accordance with whether ending succeeds or not and a controller 24 for releasing the solenoid 17 actuated to a preset number of times by electrically counting the number of erroneous ending times.
