Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a thread guide from being an obstacle to drawing of the thread end of a winding package so as to effect ending.
CONSTITUTION: Two feed threads are joined together, and the Y joined threads are wound around a winding package 2 rotated on a friction roller 1 as it is traversed by the thread guide 4 of a traverse cam 3. When ending is carried out between a thread on the feed side and a thread on the winding package side during breakage of a thread, ending is executed after the thread guide 4 is moved to either a right or a left end part.
