Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device which is inserted into an internal organ or a cavity in the body of a patient for making observation or treatment of a lesion.
SOLUTION: An endoscope device to perform observation or treatment upon pressing wide a tissue or a body cavity is composed of a scope 19 having an insertion part 20, body part 21 and observing means, the first 9 and second blade 10 to push wide the tissue or body cavity, and an ecarteur 8 having a screw 12 to open and close the first 9 and second blades 10. At least either of the blades 9 and 10 of the ecarteur 8 is furnished with a channel 16 to lead the insertion part 20 of the scope 19 to the tips of the first and second blades 9, 10 and a scope lock mechanism 18 to fix the scope 19.
