Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a surgeon to convert a procedure into a release procedure from an endoscopic procedure without changing a handle by constituting so that at least one of shafts can attain a process in an endoscopic procedure and the other of the shafts can attains one of different processes or a process in an opening surgical procedure. CONSTITUTION: A clip applier of an endoscope contains a clip of a single system, and the clip is stored in a shaft 15, and the shaft 15 is positioned on a handle 20. The shaft 15 can separate from the handle 20. A cam channel 32 is fitted in a shooting shaft 35. A supply channel 40 is fitted in a supply shaft 45. Reciprocation of the supply channel 40 and the cam channel 32 is covered by operating the supply shaft 45 and the shooting shaft 35. A collar 16 is fitted in the handle 20, and the shaft 15 is held in the handle 20 during operation. The collar 20 is rotated, and a key 18 is fitted through a notch 22.
