PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope configured to place a stent in a narrowed part in a subject under observation.SOLUTION: The endoscope comprises: an insertion section including a channel 30 along a longitudinal axis N; a distal projection part 11t projecting in a first direction F that forms an acute angle θ1 between itself and the longitudinal axis N at a distal end 11 of the insertion section, and including an observation window at a distal surface 11ts; and a distal portion 31 of a channel 30 having an opening end 31s that is opened rearward the distal surface 11ts of the distal projection part 11t and formed to orient a second direction S that forms an acute angle θ2 between itself and the longitudinal axis N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
