Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of easily replacing a treatment tool by cooperation of a small number of an operator and assistants in replacing the treatment tool using a guide wire as a guide.
SOLUTION: In this endoscope system, a treatment tool raising bed 27 for locking only the guide wire 56 projected from the distal end opening of a treatment tool passing channel 23 to be engaged and disengaged and a first guide wire fixing means formed by a distal end hard part 21 are provided in the vicinity of the distal end of an endoscope insertion tube/working length 12 inserted in the body cavity. The system includes an endoscope 1 provided with a second guide wire fixing means for locking the guide wire 56 to be engaged and disengaged near a forceps opening part 39 of an operating part 13 and a guide catheter 71 having a guide wire lumen 73 for passing the guide wire 56 and a slit 77 for communicating the guide wire lumen with the outside and extended from the end on this side of the guide wire lumen 73 to the midway position of the distal end side.
