To facilitate the opening/closing operations of a treating implement tip part and the forward/backward movement operations of an insertion part by simple constitution in an endoscope treatment system and a treating implement for an endoscope.
The endoscope treatment system comprises: a treatment unit 20 provided with a treatment unit main body 22 for supporting a treating part 21 and a treating part driving mechanism 28 supported by the treatment unit main body 22 for transmitting the forward/backward movement operations to the treating part 21 and driving it; a forceps channel 10 to which the treatment unit 20 can be inserted; a first helical toothed wire 31 disposed along the longitudinal direction of the forceps channel 10, for which a helical projected line is formed on an outer peripheral surface; and a first female screw member 32 connected to the treatment unit main body 22 and screwed to the helical toothed wire 31 for moving the treatment unit main body 22 forward and backward inside the forceps channel corresponding to rotations centering on the axial direction of the first helical toothed wire 31.
