To provide proper flexibility, impact resilience and follow-up performance by forming a flexible tube part in an inserting part to be inserted into a lumen, forming inserting holes in a plurality in this flexible tube part, and arranging an impact resilience strengthening part integrated with a tubular body having high impact resilience on an inner peripheral surface of at least one inserting hole.

A flexible tube part 4 is arranged in an inserting part of an endoscope to be inserted into a lumen, and a tip part is connected to the tip side of this flexible tube part 4 via a curved part. A flexible tube part body 26 is arranged in the flexible tube part 4, and an image pickup cable inserting hole 27 for inserting an image pickup cable 20, a light guide inserting hole and an angle wire inserting hole 28 are extended in this flexible tube part body 26. An impact resilience strengthening part 31 integrated with a spiral tube (a tubular body) 30 having high impact resilience is arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the image pickup cable inserting hole 27 of the flexible tube part body 26. Thus, impact resilience of the inserting part is improved by the high impact resilience of the spiral tube 30 of the impact resilience strengthening part 31.
