Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope to perform real-time observation of a state in a body cavity ceaselessly even in freezed image displaying by switching the screen of a monitor means from a normal screen to a divided screen comprising a main screen and a sub-screen to display a real image on one screen and a freezed image on the other screen.
SOLUTION: When a push button switch 21 is pressed, a memory controller 33 makes out a freezed image on a digital memory 32 and records a real image on a digital memory 31. When an image is to be read out, address control of the memories 31 and 32 is executed so as to display the freezed image and the real image simultaneously on a TV monitor 34. That is, an address signal outputted from the memory controller 33 is supplied selectively performing ON/OFF of the output to each digital memories 31 and 32. Thus, the operator can perform operation of observation, selection, etc., observing the real-time state in a body cavity ceaselessly without anxiety.
