Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the destruction of curved rubber of a curve part and a curved rubber fixing means and to surely secure a watertight state in the case of feed into an autoclave device.
SOLUTION: An insertion part 2 is constituted by successively providing a tip part 20, the curve part 30 and a flexible tube part 60. The tip part 20 is provided with a tip body part 23 and a tip cover 24. Threads 32 and 33 are respectively wound at both end parts of the curved rubber 31. The threads 32 and 33 watertightly fix the curved rubber 31 by crushing it in an inner peripheral direction and tightly attaching it to the tip part 20, a curved tube 40 and a joint tube 52. To thread winding parts 34 and 35, the threads 32 and 33 are wound by a fixed ability such that the thickness of the curved rubber 31 becomes 40% to 95% of the thickness at the time of a natural state. The thread winding parts 34 and 35 are adhered and fixed by adhesive materials 36 and 37.
