The diagnostic system 10 comprises the fluoroscope 11 for obtaining in vivo perspective images by radiating X-rays, and the endoscopic instrument 12 for obtaining the optical image of a required part by inserting the insertion part 38 of an endoscope 36 into the living body. The operation part 39 of the endoscope 36 is provided with an operation part for fluoroscopy for operating the fluoroscope 11, and the operation signals of the operation part for the fluoroscopy are transmitted from the communication I/F of a processor unit 37 for the endoscope to the fluoroscope 11. The fluoroscope 11 receives the operation signals by a processor unit 17 for the fluoroscope and controls a fluorography base 16.
