To provide an energization control device for vehicle electrical equipment capable of increasing the reliability of vehicle electrical equipment which is immersed in water.
This energization control device for vehicle electrical equipment comprises an immersion detection sensor S1 for detecting a water immersion and a breaking circuit K1 breaking a starter energizing route to a vehicle engine starter when the water immersion is detected by the immersion sensor S1. A starter relay 24 operated according to a starter control signal from a power ECT and connecting/disconnecting the vehicle engine starter to/from a power supply is installed in the starter energizing route. The breaking circuit K1 cuts out the vehicle engine starter from the power supply when the water immersion is detected by the immersion sensor S1 irrespective of the starter control signal from the power ECU.
