This power engine extracts power as a part of large power, that is once stored in a battery 6, in a form of DC power via an inverter 7 for converting a 12 V DC power into 100 V, 50 Hz or 100 V, 60 Hz power as the drive source of a motor. When the generated power is 100 V, 50 Hz or 100 V, 60 Hz power, a part thereof is used in direct as the drive power source of the motor. Moreover, the motor may also driven by loading a centrifugal type power engine or the like to the center of axis of motor and power generator or to a puller. As a result, a power engine that can continuously generate power in single closed loop can be obtained.
