PURPOSE: To output energy inputted in conflict with the energy conservation rule while augmenting by applying Pascal's theory.

CONSTITUTION: Input shaft 1 is rotated to move a rack 2 thus to rotate a gear 3. Consequently, a piston rod rack 4 and a pressure piston 5 are moved to apply pressure alternatively onto the oil (b) and (b') thus to move a fan-shaped gear 8, an arm 9, a long link 10, a coupling body 11, a short link 12 and a hydraulic piston 7 through full pressure functioning onto two hydraulic pistons 7' at the pressurized side. Through rotation of the fan-shaped gear, a long rack 13 and a link rod 14 are moved to roll a roll lever 15 thus to drive the output shaft 17 through the link rod 16 of output shaft.
