To provide an energy allocation calculation apparatus that properly estimates the amount of energy practically consumed in each device.
The apparatus includes: a first database that stores individually consumed patterns showing temporal changes in energy consumption in each of the plurality of devices; a measurement unit that acquires entire consumption time-series data by measuring temporal changes of the energy consumption in all of the plurality of devices; a pattern selection section that selects at least one of the individual consumption patterns in each of the devices so that the total of the selected patterns is the most similar to the entire consumption time-series data; and an allocation calculation unit that estimates the individual consumption time-series data showing temporal changes of the amount of energy practically consumed in each device based on the selected individual consumption pattern in each device and the entire consumption time-series data.
