This system is provided with a gas turbine forming combustion gas by mixing and burning air and fuel, a boiler heating heat medium by combustion gas exhausted from the gas turbine and forming steam, a heat pump including a heat exchanger heating heat medium by heat provided from an outside and a steam turbine driven by steam from the boiler and forming steam of set temperature, a steam supply system supplying the heat using facilities using heat of steam with steam exhausted from the steam turbine and the heat exchanger, the heat using facilities dehydrating and drying object by steam supplied from the steam supply system, and an intake system supplying the gas turbine with air used in the heat using facilities.
