A cope section which is contracted when extending through the hole parts and expanded therein after the extension is provided to the front end of the projecting part. The table-like member is formed by disposing the units engaged with each other with the leg parts thereof abutting on each other to form a storage space for a rainwater storage and penetrating facility or a core for lightweight bank.
