Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thicken a heat shielding film of a piston top surface while suppressing rise in temperature of the piston top surface.SOLUTION: An engine combustion chamber structure includes: a heat shielding film formed at a piston top surface; and a guide part disposed at a surface constituting a top surface of an engine combustion chamber of a cylinder head. The guide part has a guide surface that is a surface facing an umbrella part of an intake valve disposed in the cylinder head. The guide surface is inclined toward the piston top surface from a part facing the umbrella part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
