The sound insulating cover 11 comprises an under cover 19 and a plurality of divided covers 20 disposed on the upper side of the under cover 19. The fuel tank 12 is directly placed on the under cover 19, and the controller 15 is directly placed on the under cover 19 near the fuel tank 12.
