Title:
ENGINE HOOD OF FORK LIFT TRUCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2773563
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve service workability and sealing performance, by forming a recess which has inclined-faces extending and opening upward to a head frame side in the right and left of an engine, forming an engine hood into the specified shape such a manner that it is inserted closely into this recess through a sealing member, and hinging it to a counter weight frame.
CONSTITUTION: A head guard frame 28 is provided standing at a front frame section 23 and a nearly triangle shape supporting bracket 29 is attached by such a space as an engine room 27 to the base of the engine room 27 side. The recess 27a is formed by making an inclined-face 29 of this supporting bracket 29 so that it becomes a same face in the right and left at the fixed angle to a side front frame 24a. An engine hood 31 is formed by bending side plates 33, 34 so that they are inserted into the recess 27a between the supporting bracket 29 and a side rear frame 24B, and it is attached to a counter weight frame part 25 with hinges 40. Moreover, an angle to be formed, by an under front edge of the side plates 33, 34 and a straight line which links rotation bases of a top plate 32, is set at 90°.
