Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine work machine in which a louver easily processed, enabling prevention of noise and having a structure ensuring that intrusion of rainwater during strong wind can be prevented is formed on a vent hole.SOLUTION: In an engine work machine, an engine and a work machine driven by the engine are accommodated within a casing that has a vent hole 25 with a louver 27 on the side surface. The louver 27 has an internal and external triple louver structure formed by: an outer louver 29 and an inner louver 30 comprising a plurality of stages of louver boards; and an intermediate louver 31 arranged between the outer louver and the inner louver and comprising a plurality of stages of louver boards. Each of the louver boards 33, 38 of the outer louver and the inner louver is formed by: an inclined piece having a down grade from the inner side toward the outer side of the casing; an upper piece bent from an upper end of the inclined piece toward a vertical upper side; and a lower piece bent from a lower end of the inclined piece toward a vertical lower side. The louver board 40 of the intermediate louver is formed by an inclined piece having a down grade from the outer side toward the inner side of the casing.
