Abstract:
To provide oncolytic agents, and to provide cancer treatments using oncolytic agents, anti-tumor immune applications, and agents targeting immune co-inhibitory or immune co-stimulatory pathways.SOLUTION: Provided is an oncolytic virus that expresses molecules targeting GM-CSF and at least one immune co-stimulation pathway. GM-CSF aids in the induction of an inflammatory tumor microenvironment and stimulates the proliferation and maturation of antigen-presenting cells, including dendritic cells, thereby aiding the induction of an anti-tumor immune responses. These immune responses are amplified through activation of an immune co-stimulatory pathway using an immune co-stimulatory pathway activating molecule also delivered by the oncolytic virus.SELECTED DRAWING: None
