PURPOSE: To obtain an enteric coating agent dispersion having high safety as a preparation for medicine, stably dispersing for a long period of time without causing flocculation of a coating base even with change of temperature.

CONSTITUTION: This enteric coating agent dispersion comprises an enteric coating base, a plasticizer and an anionic surfactant wherein 5-15wt.% of the enteric coating base having ≤10μm average particle diameter is dispersed in water and the ratio of the enteric coating base, the plasticizer and the nonionic surfactant is 100 pts.wt.: 15-40 pts.wt.: 0.1-10 pts.wt. Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose phthalate or hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose acetate is preferable as the enteric coating base and trisethyl citrate or triacetin is preferable as the plasticizer.
