An enterprise support message service system which sends an enterprise support voice message to an originator of a mobile phone call instead of a ringing tone includes: a supported enterprise selection means which selects an enterprise to be supported out of participating enterprises participating in the system; an enterprise supporting user calling means which makes the originator call an enterprise supporting user who has selected the enterprise to be supported; an enterprise support message transmission means which sends an enterprise support message of the enterprise to be supported, by calling; and an enterprise support merit providing means which counts a frequency in sending of the enterprise support message by a management server and provides the enterprise supporting user with a merit in accordance with this frequency.
