To provide a cordless door-handset capable of being installed to building structure, and a set of door cordless handset, and an intercom system.SOLUTION: A cordless door-handset 10 includes: a communication part that communicates with an intercom master unit provided in a collective facility; a housing 11 that houses the communication unit; and a mounting part 13 provided on the rear surface 11b side of the housing 11, and to which a branching device 40 for connecting the intercom master unit to the trunk line of the collective facility is mounted.
