In entrance to a venue, authentication for entrance to the venue is carried out based on a user ID previously stored in the IC tag carried by the user for the payment of an entrance fee, while a common authentication number usable by all the users entering the venue and usable in all the facilities is written in the IC tag. In entrance to the respective facilities in the venue, facility entrance authentication is carried out according to the common authentication number stored in the IC tag 10. After authentication in entrance to the venue or to the facility, a venue entrance gate device 20 or an entrance gate for facility use authentication device 40 is opened and the user is allowed to enter.
